If you take orders over the phone, you will appreciate the simple application Phone assistant, which uses the received customer call (phone number) to enable you to choose their customer account and make the order directly - to charge the ordered products.
Installing the phone assistant
The phone assistant is available in the application Dotypos Marketplace, which is the installation platform (shop) of Dotypos. First you have to install this shop and then use it to install the Phone assistant.

In the mobile phone used for taking orders, open the page https://marketplace.dotykacka.cz in the web browser. Click on the text INSTALOVAT MARKETPLACE (Install Marketplace) and download the application installation file into the telephone. You then install the application Dotypos Marketplace by running the downloaded file. |

To run the installation of the downloaded file, you have to allow installations from unknown sources in the Android system settings under Security. |

Open Dotypos Marketplace and install the Phone assistant (Telefonní asistent) from the application list. |
After a successful installation, you have to pair it with the touch cash register. This is very easy and is described in the next chapter.
