How to find out the IP address of the Ingenico payment terminal?

In the case of a situation where the external payment terminal does not communicate with the cash register, it is necessary to find out the network configuration of the payment terminal (IP address) and communicate it to the technicians. Below you will find the procedure on how to print the network configuration of Ingenico payment terminals.

The IP address of the terminal is listed next to **Addr:** In the picture below, the IP address of the terminal is 192.168.0.143. The last line under the **Cash config:** caption then shows the IP address of the cash register. In the figure below, **NONE** is listed in place of the cashier's IP address. |
