In Dotypos Cloud you can create more warehouses. Each created warehouse is assigned to one or more cash registers. So you can create [shared and subsidiary warehouses](sklady.md). # How do I create a new (shared) warehouse? | | | |------|------| | [![Step 1](./images/1.svg)] | In Dotypos Cloud, click on the tab **Warehouses** and from the pop-up menu select **Warehouses settings**. You can display the properties for the created warehouse with the button [![Number 2 in the image](./images/02.png)] and you can adjust them there. To create a new warehouse, click on the blue button **+ Add** [![Number 1 in the image](./images/01.png)]. To delete the created warehouse use [![Number 3 in the image](./images/03.png)]. However, you can only delete warehouses not used by any cash register, so not the default ones. | (./images/clip0895.png) | | | |------|------| | [![Step 2](./images/2.svg)] | In the field [![Number 1 in the image](./images/01.png)] to write in the name of the new warehouse. From the pop-up menu [![Number 2 in the image](./images/02.png)] you can select the color of the warehouse. In the section [![Number 3 in the image](./images/03.png)] click to select the cash registers that will use this warehouse. Finally, save everything with the button **Save** [![Number 4 in the image](./images/04.png)]. This procedure makes the created warehouse accessible for individual cash registers. Now you have to select this warehouse for individual cash registers in the [Dotypos application settings](sklady-pokladna.md) .
The button in the heading [![Number 5 in the image](./images/05.png)] takes you to the page for [stock up](seznamnaskladneni.md) for the selected warehouse. You will also find a button to delete the warehouse. | (./images/clip0896.png) At the next synchronization the warehouses will be copied to individual cash registers. Warehouses created in Dotypos Cloud should correspond with the status of warehouses in the [application Warehouse](aplikacesklad.md) in individually assigned touch cash registers. If you have created several warehouses, you can set which products will be stocked out from which warehouse.
