Item management screen

You can access item management by opening the side menu on the [main screen](hlavniobrazovkaauctovani.md) Dotypos and selecting the item **Item management**.

| [![Number 1 in the image](./images/01.png)] | **Category list** - A list of all created categories. It is up to you how you want the categories on the list to be [arranged](kategorie-pokladna.md#presunuti). The icon (./images/2017-04-04_125430.png) next to the category name indicates active [sale by proxy](prodej-v-povereni.md) for the whole category. |
| [![Number 2 in the image](./images/02.png)] | **Category adjustment** - Click on this icon to adjust the properties in the relevant category. |
| [![Number 3 in the image](./images/03.png)] | **Product cards** - This part displays the created products that belong to the selected category. It is up to you how you want the products to be [arranged](produkt-pokladna.md#razeni). Click on the product to adjust its properties. The icons (./images/2017-04-04_125503.png) on the product card indicate active “stock out” from the warehouse and [sale by proxy](prodej-v-povereni.md). The default price displayed on cards is the sale price.<br>Cards with the crossed-out eye icon (./images/clip1152.jpg) [are hidden](produkt-pokladna.md#smazani_produktu) and not displayed, so they cannot be marked. Hiding different products for individual cash registers is possible in the [visibility settings](viditelnost-vs.md) in Dotypos cloud. |

| [![Number 7 in the image](./images/07.png)] | **Bulk product VAT change** -** **Open the editor for bulk change of VAT rates on selected products. For more information, see the chapter [Tax settings / VAT change](nastaveni-zdaneni.md#hromadna_zmena). |
| [![Number 8 in the image](./images/08.png)] | **Adding new item** - Click to add a new [category](kategorie-pokladna.md), [subcategory](podkategorie.md), [product](produkt-pokladna.md) or [special product](specialni-produkty.md). |

The sequence of the searched word or any diacriticals do not matter. Similar products will be suggested during typing. After clicking on the found item, the product property dialog properties will open directly. |
