In the case of a situation where the external payment terminal does not communicate with the cash register, it is necessary to find out the network configuration of the payment terminal (IP address) and communicate it to the technicians. Below you will find the procedure on how to print the network configuration of Ingenico payment terminals.

On the payment terminal, press the F button on the bottom left.

From the menu shown on the display, select option 2 - M+ Maint EMV by pressing button 2.

Now select option 1-Config by pressing 1.

Next, select option 2-Cash & Network by pressing 2.

The payment terminal prints or displays the network configuration on the display (depending on the type). The IP address of the terminal is listed next to Addr: In the picture below, the IP address of the terminal is 192.168.0.143. The last line under the Cash config: caption then shows the IP address of the cash register. In the figure below, NONE is listed in place of the cashier's IP address.
