clip1018Reservation is a stand-alone application for creating and summarizing table reservations. The created table reservations are displayed in a well-arranged easy calendar in the touch cash register. First, install the Reservation application into the touch cash register by using the application Dotypos Marketplace. It is an easy and well-arranged reservation system that is fully capable of replacing paper books.

If you have installed the Reservation application on the cash register, the created reservations can be managed off-register via Dotypos Cloud and also created there. The reservations created in the cash register are transferred into Dotypos Cloud and vice versa.


Prior to using the reservations in Dotypos Cloud, in Dotypos you must create it tables in the table map and install the Reservation application. For the proper synchronization of reservations, a functional Internet connection is a must.



To manage reservations log into Dotypos Cloud and go to the item ... More » Reservations. In the right part of the page you see all created reservations. You can print the reservation overview using the button in the header.




Click on the button + Add. In the upper part of the page a new reservation field appears. First select the cash register from the menu 01, then select the table and number of occupied seats 02. Finally enter the customer name 03, note and select the reservation date + duration time 04. Do not forget to use the button to Save. The created reservation is transferred to the cash register in a moment.




Reservation can be used without restrictions if you have the license Dotypos UNLIMITED. With the license EASY you get 100 reservations per year, while the license Dotypos FULL allows 1.000 reservations.
