SEND BY E-MAIL sends a copy of the receipt to a selected e-mail address and the receipt will not be printed. A printed document in .png format will be attached to the sent message. The next step is to close the order by selecting a specific payment method.
If the selected customer account contains an e-mail and you have enabled automatic sending of receipts to e-mail in this setting, the receipt will be sent automatically when the order is closed. Tapping the DON'T SEND button in the payment dialog will not send the receipt.
The automatic sending of receipts to the customer's email can generally be turned on / off in this setting. |
