Wolt a Wolt Retail

If you are interested in integrating Touch with Wolt, you need to meet the following requirements:

You have a Dotykačka license UNLIMITED.

You already have a signed contract with Wolt.



Turn on menu sync in Dotypos Cloud (see step 5 below) after you create a menu and log out of the Wolt Merchant app on your iPad. Failure to do so may result in duplicate orders or overwriting the created menu from the Wolt!


Integration procedure

1.Please contact us using this form.

a.Please indicate in the form what type of service you use, whether you are a partner restaurant (Wolt) or a partner shop (Wolt Retail).

b.Specify whether you use Wolt for delivery or whether you provide your own delivery.

c.Be sure to also write the exact name of your establishment for which you have contracted Wolt service.

2.Based on your request, we will activate the integration in cooperation with Wolt within 7 working days. We will inform you as soon as the integration is ready.

3.After activation (message from us), first prepare a menu via Dotypos Cloud and fill in the operating hours.

4.After creating the menu, log out of the Wolt Merchant app on your iPad or turn off notifications for new orders.

5.Activate menu synchronization in Dotypos Cloud.

6.Orders from Wolt will now be received directly into Dotypos.

7.In addition, no longer use the Wolt Merchant app, but only Dotypos Cloud for menu management and Dotypos app for order management. Sales reports can be found by logging into the Wolt administration in the web browser.



When synchronization is activated in Dotypos Cloud, menu editing in the Wolt administration is blocked. The menu previously created in the Wolt administration will still be offered, but it will no longer be possible to change it. It is therefore also necessary to create the menu in Dotpos Cloud.

When you turn on synchronization, the original Wolt menu is deleted and replaced by the newly created one in Dotypos (at the same time, the automatic synchronization of all menu items starts). From this moment on, you will accept orders exclusively in Dotypos app. You can ask Wolt to unblock your iPad on which you were previously checking out orders. You can then use the tablet for your own use.
