A so-called customer display can be added to the touch cash register, which is another tablet with a special application installed that displays commercial images and videos. If the account is active, the charged items and total sum are also displayed. So the customer can see the goods that have been charged and their total sum.

If the 14" customer display no longer shows data from the cash register, it was probably provided with a different IP address than the one set in the cash register. To solve the problem, please take a look at this article in the knowledge database (in the Czech language). |
