Every time the cash register is operated, the data is automatically synchronized to Dotypos Cloud. Dotypos Cloud is an easy web interface that provides an overview of cash register operations and allows the touch cash register to be configured remotely by any computer or tablet.
Provided your Internet connection is working, data in Dotypos Cloud is up to date or just a few seconds old at most. Ongoing synchronization with Dotypos Cloud is indicated by an animated cloud icon on the main screen next to the name of the user logged in.

The red cloud icon indicates the Internet connection is not functioning. In that case data in Dotypos Cloud may not be up to date. Then check your Internet connectivity (the Wi-Fi router) and whether the cash register connection to the Internet is OK.
