Types of user reports
User login
In this report you can find an overview of the user login and logout during the selected period. In addition to the period you can also define the specific cash register in advance and also select employees and the operation type to be displayed (Login / Logout).
GDPR audit
A survey of activities performed by the individual users (employees) with the cash register or the Cloud in relation to customers (customer accounts).
Attendance report
Attendance overview of employees with an option of export into Excel or .csv format. The overview can be generated for the selected period or for the selected employee. For each employee, you can see how long they worked and how much time did they spent on breaks. How attendance works in Dotypos this chapter.
Data journal
The archive in .zip format with .xml files containing audit information on selected changes in the cash register. The report can be always filtered to the selected printer. To fill out the data for auditing, the data storage must be activated in the cash register in these settings.
After activation, the history of changes of items, categories, customers and employees is stored into the cash register. 4 columns are always used in the .xml files, which you can find in the .zip archive. The first column contains the record date and time (format Unix timestamp), the second contains the id of the user performing the change, the third contains the identification of the changed entity (item id, category id, employee id or customer id), the fourth contains raw database data in JSON format. Only the final data after changes are performed are saved into the files. Example of the file products.csv with records of changed products:
