The Help Center dialog centralizes all important information to be provided to technical support. Here you will find a link to this user manual and to the Knowledge database (in the Czech language). In this dialog you can also run/install the application TeamViewer Quick Support, which allows a technical expert to connect remotely to the touch cash register.

User manual
Link to this user manual. Tapping the manual opens the default internet browser. To display it correctly, it is recommended to use Google Chrome.
Knowledge database
Link to the Knowledge database (in the Czech language) on the customer support page. Tapping the page opens the default internet browser.
Technical support
When tapped, contact information for technical support is displayed, as well as information about the license key, cash register ID, and cloud ID. This information is important when contacting technical support.
Generate code to access cloud
If the technician has to connect to the Dotypos Cloud of the customer, this access must be authorized. To do this, click on the button Create code for specialist. Pass the displayed authentication code to the technician over the phone. Unless you have this code your data is not accessible. You can generate the PIN either directly on the touch cash register or via Dotypos Cloud.
You will also find information about the license key, the cash register ID (BID) and the cloud ID (CID). This information is important when contacting technical support.
Launch TeamViewer
Tapping this opens a page in the Google Play Store for downloading the application TeamViewer Quick Support. A technician can use this application to connect directly to the touch cash register or tablet and carry out the necessary settings. Of course, a working Internet connection is required. To find out about the process, please see this chapter.
Send data to the developer
Using this option automatically creates an email message with technical data and information about the touch POS settings. Please use this option only when asked to do so by technical support.
Wi-Fi settings
Displays the name (SSID) of the wireless network to which the cash register is connected. The actual IP address of the cash register is displayed in parentheses.
