If you use multiple clouds and need each cloud to contain the same items, you can use Multicloud. Within Multicloud, we will create a so-called master cloud for you, where we will first upload data from your preferred cloud. You will then check the data in the master cloud, and after verification, we will transfer it to all other clouds that need to be synchronized with each other.
After filling and setting the master cloud, any real-time change will be transferred to all other clouds within the created Multicloud. Therefore, any further changes within the Multicloud are automatically reflected in all connected clouds. This ensures consistent data across all clouds. However, total revenues from all clouds are only available in the master cloud.
You can enable synchronization for selected items from the list above. However, to synchronize and display sales, synchronization of all items must be enabled. You can then view sales from all connected clouds together within the master cloud.
Using product hiding rules, you can define which products will be hidden on specific registers and will not be available for sales staff to charge.
Using price change rules, you can define product prices for each register.
It is currently not possible to synchronize stock movements. To compare product counts between warehouses, we will provide the Inventory import tool.
All clouds that will be synchronized must have cash registers with a Dotykačka UNLIMITED license.
